Business Analyst

What will you do? Manage the complete lifecycle of requirements, from initial specification to final delivery, primarily within an Agile environment. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating high-level needs into clear functional/technical specifications like User Stories and Process Maps. Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring accurate capture and translation of business needs into functional requirements. Design and execute complex Integration System Testing (IST) scenarios for APIs/data flows, manage the full defect lifecycle, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Analyze existing data ecosystems to investigate quality issues, identify root causes of inconsistencies, and drive data-driven insights for improved decision-making. Analyze current ("As-Is") business processes to design efficient future-state ("To-Be") workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation. What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: Proven experience of 6+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment with a focus on Finance or RISK functions.
