Location: Porto (Hybrid) Experience Level: Senior Language: English (minimum B2) Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and ways of working. Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning. Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team performance and delivery. Monitor team progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Track and report delivery performance through metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Foster transparent, effective, and empathetic communication to maintain trust and team engagement. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of proven experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or similar Agile coaching role. Strong ability to facilitate team collaboration and coordination. Experience supporting product backlog management and delivery planning activities. Understanding of software development and delivery lifecycles. Ability to guide teams through change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Agile principles and team dynamics within cross-functional environments. Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira , Confluence , Azure DevOps , or similar platforms. Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) concepts. Familiarity with software engineering processes, terminology, and delivery workflows. Experience using delivery metrics and Agile reporting, including velocity, burndown charts, and performance indicators. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques to support team performance tracking. Nice to Have Pro
