PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The mission of the Reskilling 4 Employment (European Roundtable for Industry) is to strive for a strong, open and competitive Europe, with the EU, including its Single Market, as a driver for inclusive growth and sustainable prosperity”. SAP, as a leading European company, is taking a leading role in this Reskilling Europe project and we are now looking for project lead to join a cross-company team in Portugal. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Co-creating the re-skilling and up-skilling learning curriculum in partnership with the other Reskilling 4 Employment project champions Contribute to build the reskilling training CV Cooperating with the SAP Education Delivery team to: Deploy locally the SAP learning solutions of the Reskilling 4 Employment project Include the relevant SAP training components of the defined curricula Cooperating with the different stakeholders in SAP EMEA South to successfully: Identify best talent for SAP to hire from the Reskilling Europe program Cooperate with SAP partners and customers to promote the available talent with relevant skills and gather further project commitment Leverage SAP branding as part of the project leadership team EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Must have: Project management experience Knowledge/experience in Learning &Development organization, ideally in competencies management and skills analysis Knowledge of public funds Skills transformation through learning and training, ideally in technology related programs Talent acquisition / recruitment processes Corporate communications Proficient in Portuguese and English Nice to have: SAP solution knowledge Cooperation between private and public sector Coordination between several multinational and background teams WHAT YOU GET FROM US Success is what you make it.
