Flash operates a 24/7, multilingual European customer service and operations within a dynamic, professional, and internationally oriented atmosphere. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team, this role will be focused on improving customer experience by offering the best delivery experience. Your challenge and responsibilities : ● Ensure that delivery orders are managed and executed on time in the most efficient way with the highest quality standards. ● Proactively monitor customer shipments to identify, record, address, and prevent potential issues. ● Proactively resolve any potential issues that impact customer experience and delivery performance. ● Provide customers with up-to-date accurate information regarding their shipments. ● Escalates possible issues or deviations in a timely manner. ● Maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer queries in line with the required processes and service level agreements. ● Provide continual, proactive, and accurate customer information.
