Skills: - Previous experience in similar roles (5+ years); - Production architecture documentation - ladder diagrams, network topology, detailed packet captures; - Network issue troubleshooting: - Packet capture toold - Wireshark, Apcon, Netscout Network Lab testing and Support: - Visio for network topology; - CCNA; - DOCSIS, Atlassian and Jira/Confluence; - Fluent in english (written and spoken).
