CREATIVE OPERATIONS We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers. GUIMARÃES Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people! THE ROLE Reporting to the Booking team lead, you will join our progressive Production Planning team. You'll focus on freelancers and models booking to insure - our production plans. You will work in Guimarães, working with the casting and production teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Book models and freelancers based on the production plan; manage these according to the ongoing needs; - Book flights; transports and hotels for models and freelancers; - Accomplish the freelancer's payment procedure; - Monitor production plan status, working with production planner to identify deviations and adjusting booking; - Follow-up on relevant indicators and act to achieve results; - Produce management information reports; - Provide inputs and communication to the Production Planning role; - Main contact point between casting, planning and production areas at an operational level. WHO YOU ARE - Outgoing personality with positive attitude; - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities; - Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and scoping work with keen attention to detail; - Structured communicator; - Advanced in English (written and oral); - Multicultural awareness; - An understanding of fashion and luxury is a bonus.
