Sobre o nosso cliente Our client is a reference in it's market and wants to recruit a Commercial Manager. Principais responsabilidades » Develop commercial solutions for complex commercial issues and manage resolution of commercial claims with customers; » Draft and negotiate contract terms with customers using appropriate techniques and strategies; » Develop and implement contracting and negotiation strategies for new business; » Support the commercial development of product and service offerings; » Identify potential risks and liabilities in proposals and contracts and negotiate amendments to minimise business risk; » Instruct and administer new and existing business agreements providing trusted advice and guidance; » Manage the sales team. Perfil desejado » A degree or equivalent qualification; » Previous experience in similar positions; » Previous commercial and contracting experience; » Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret, negotiate and draft contracts; » Experience and knowledge in Telecom industry; » Fluent in english.
