The client that we're hiring to is a multinational contact center that are now establishing their services in Lisbon. We are looking for customer and relationship-oriented individuals, with great attitudes and with high energy to join this growing, fun and dynamic company, situated in Oeiras. Candidate profile: •Languages: German native and advanced English; •Contact center experience (preferably); •Ability to seamlessly handle multiple requests via incoming phone calls, emails and chat; •Possess an exemplary positive attitude; •The candidate must be passionate about offering unparalleled customer service and excels in maintaining excellent associate relations; •Ensure Partners are aware of the latest innovations to drive partner engagement and satisfaction; •Excellent phone manner and written communication style; • Experience in Salesforce use or other similar CRM software; •Excellent organizational skills; •Able to work independently; •Work effectively with the team to deliver and exceed KPI’s for quality and quantity & to support brand development. To better meet the clients’ needs, shift work can potentially be scheduled between 8 am & 8 pm Monday to Saturday.
