Oferta: Senior Software Engineer:Descrição do emprego:Senior Software Engineer (M/F)Experis IT25-12-2024 | Lisboa | Referência: 2009310Senior Software Engineer(m/f)Experis IT is looking for a Senior Software Developer for a international development company in Lisbon.Your main responsabilities will be: • Use software engineering principles to support the design and development of systems and to be modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant. • Manage system development process. • Develop and maintain system environment, including tracking and maintaining data pertaining to system maintenance and enhancements, including configuration items and development or product in general. • Develop custom business workflows as required by the business leveraging components and technologies such as Power Apps, microservices etc. • Resolve user complaints with the software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. • Train and support users. • Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation • Conduct configuration and testing to include administration activities. • Ensure high level of data quality through the implementation and management of sound data management processes. • Work on critical, highly complex customer scenarios that span across multiple services. • Be able to quickly identify customer issues and conduct in-depth diagnostics. • Participate in recruiting and ramping up a global support team for our global users. • Coach/mentor new hires. • Act as a technical escalation point within the team. • Develop and present trainings to help establish a real-time readiness model by constantly updating training and readiness content as the cloud technology evolves. • Analyze source /target systems to help bridge the gap in understanding their data and interfaces. • Builds an appropriately skilled team to drive data engineering and operations. • Supervise, coach, and mentor talented analysts and run specialists. We are looking for someone with the following skills: • Degree in Computer Science or another relevant engineering discipline. • A minimum of 4 + years of experience with software engineering and coding in complex global operations projects. • Two+ Years’ experience working with cloud platforms and micro services (Azure experience is preferred) • Two+ Years’ experience working in a senior development position. • Deep understanding and demonstrated hands-on experience of implementation, troubleshooting and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is required. • Understanding of cloud computing and supporting technologies is highly desired -Microservices, Integration, Azure Core Platform, Azure Data Factory, DevOps, Power BI, PowerApps. • Willingness to travel and work abroad a minimum of 8 weeks per year; experience working on technical programs for emerging economies preferred. • Experience developing user and training guides across a multicultural and mutli-lingual user base. • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff, multiple project teams, remote staff and other initiatives. • Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluation options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, amongst others (Certifications preferred) Apply!
