Responsibilities: •Prepare prepayment additions and entries •Take responsibility for determining accounting and the approach to capture and record new types of transactions •To prepare manual journal entries •Prepare accruals and review the accruals report to identify errors and make corrections with manual accounting entries •Prepare the necessary balance sheet reconciliations •Increase and revise intercompany charges to or from the local market •Prepare the analysis of the monthly balance sheet, the actual cash flow report (for IFRS consolidation) and the cash flow forecast for the corporate report •Take ownership or local books and local IFRS •Support the preparation of the necessary information for local statutory accounts and all tax records •Prepare reports and analyzes •Identify opportunities for process improvement Profile: •University degree in Accounting or similar •Certified accountant (mandatory) •More than 4 years of experience in General Accounting •Working knowledge with SAP •Advanced Microsoft excel user •Fluent in english (B2 at least) We Offer: • Opportunity to work in a reference company in its sector; • Salary conditions compatible with professional experience; • Dynamic and versatile work environment; • Work contract with our client; • Initial and continuous training. www.adecco.pt Informação de contacto: Competências:
