In connection with the management, the Sales Manager will report to Head of Sales. Descriç?o da oferta Our client is a Multinational company leader in the Cosmetics sector. In connection with the management, the Sales Manager will report to Head of Sales. Description Define the commercial strategy in line with company guidance; Determine where each head will sell, the best market approach and work closely with the teams; Leading and inspiring the sales team to deliver the company objectives; Analysis your division to set the team strategy and maximize results and sales growth; Provide strong direction and support to the Sales team in their daily and quarterly and annual core activities; Provide training and coaching to develop talented Team Managers; Lead the development of sales strategy by prospecting all new and relevant business opportunities; Achieve the sales targets set out, the overall annual budget and regularly review performance vs. these targets making the relevant decisions and changes to stay in line with expectations. Profile University degree in Administration and Business Management/ Economics, Marketing or Sales qualification; Fluent in Portuguese and English; 2 to 3 years experience with relevant experience in sales team management (direct selling, insurance, finance, pharma, etc.) Experience in team management (including remote management) will be valued. Dynamic, rigorous and organized; Good level of autonomy and versatility; High analytical and customer-driven problem-solving approach; Availability to travel.Total geographic mobility.
