Principais responsabilidades *Organize the crewing department and supervise the Crewing Officers including recruitment, contracting, training and career development. *Responsible for BASSNet Crewing module administration, and use once BASSNet module is deployed. *Responsible for developing relevant procedures for Crewing Department adequate use of BASSnet. *Supervise the compliance with all statutory and legislative matters, with particular attention to the ISM/ISPS codes, MLC (as amended), Class & Flag requirements. *Manage the pool of seafarers. *Responsible for keeping the "Vessel Crew matrix" accurate and available for appointed vessel. *Coordinate and report the Department activities, progress and issues on a weekly basis Perfil desejado » University degree in Engineering or Maritime; » Strong professional background in Oil&gas sector; » Strong experience in this position (at least 10 years) , with experience at sea as Chief Mate or Master preferably. » ISM/ISPS/MLC/Flag strong knowledge » Target oriented working style, self-going and business minded; » Good communication skills; » Fluent in English.
