Italian Technical Support - Monday to Friday (M/F) Lisbon:Get The Job

Our client is one of the largest software companies, which develops, manufactures and sells computer software, electronics, computers and personal services.

Given the size and number of partnerships this company has, we need someone to support the partners.

Your tasks will be to respond to inquiries received via chat, email and phone, ensuring that customers can take advantage of all relevant company resources. How? Providing accurate information, immediate callbacks and monitoring of the entire process that involves the same.

For this opportunity, we need you to have a native level of Italian and English (C1/C2). Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, from 8am to 5pm, in Entrecampos, Lisbon.
