Leaving your parents' house, buying our own appliances… It's probably not the best part of leaving home. But it is convenient to have a washing machine or a simple microwave to heat the food that our mother sent.

Our customer is a well-known appliance manufacturer that owns some brands that you probably use at home, and he needs someone to provide technical support to his customers!

What if it was you? Your tasks would be to assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.

We need you to have a native level of Italian and English language (or C1/C2) and be available from Monday to Sunday to work on rotative shift patterns in our offices in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
