One of the most well-known airlines needs people to provide telephone support to their customers. Are you interested? So keep reading.

Our client needs you to make a booking management: altering, canceling or creating new reservations.
You will have to assist clients via inbound calls by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.

Do you think it would be something you would like to do? Good. You just need to have a native level of Italian (C1/C2) and a good understanding of English (B2). In addition, you must be available from Monday to Sunday, between 7 am and 7 pm, with 2 rotational days off, to work in Oriente, Lisbon.
