Travel… We spend the whole year thinking about what is the next trip, comparing prices and seeing when it pays off more.We all like to visit new places, beautiful beaches and historic museums and different cultures. Travel means collecting memories and knowledge, and it’s so good!

But, in order for us to be able to do that, there is always a team that makes sure that everything goes as it’s supposed to, from the ticket prices to the bridges between the hotels and the suppliers. And this is where you came in! Curious? So keep reading.

Our client is one of the biggest airline companies in the world and needs you to be part of their team. Your main mission will be to make booking management: altering, canceling or creating new reservations. You will have to assist clients via inbound calls by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.

If you think you would, all you need is to have prior experience in customer support (minimum of 1 year in this type of role) and to be a native Italian speaker and an intermediate English speaker (level B2). Your work schedule will be from Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day, from 7am to 7pm with 2 rotational days off, and you will work at Oriente, Lisboa.
