How can you do that? As a Web Product Implementation Specialist, you will support EMEA based clients and be responsible for establishing a new service specifically dedicated to client’s high profile and critical programs.

Your main responsibilities will be to communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams by phone, email, chat and video conferences, give guidance and support on how to use the products and deliver high quality service to the customers.
In three words: help the others! Great, huh?

This is what you will need to be part of this top performance team:
Prior experience in troubleshooting, technical support and working in a B2B environment (1 year minimum)
Basic understanding or interest for JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3
Basic understanding or interest for CMS platforms at like Wordpress/Shopify/Wix or similar
Being a native Italian speaker and an intermediate English speaker (level B2)

Your work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, between 8am to 5pm, in Parque das Nações, Lisboa. You will be near Oceanário, which means you can visit it after work. Haha!
