Social networks occupy a huge space in our lives. Whether we like it or not, we end up going there to check for updates when we have nothing else to do. But recently, we found out that we can use social media to know more about some of our interests and discuss them with people from all over the world.

Our client has developed a new social network and needs your help to spread the word! All you have to do is to ensure a competent and friendly customer service experience while, as a Customer Service Representative, qualify existing leads and ensure their potential is analyzed and concluded for a specific action plan and pass it to the sales team. It means that you will be searching for the best potential new customers, helping the company grow!

All you need to be part of this team is to have some knowledge about industry and digital marketing, analytical skills and a minimum of 1 year with cold outbound calls. We will need you to be a native Italian speaker and an advanced English speaker (C1/C2 level). You have what we need? Great!

You will work from Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm, with a beautiful view to the river, because your office will be in Parque das Nações, Lisboa.
