What is your mission: You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role of Agile Coach in Portugal/Fully Remote. » We are looking for Agile Coaches to coach and enable Engineering teams to work efficiently and quickly together. You will collaborate with cross functioning, highly skilled engineering teams in a fast-moving environment. The talent that we are looking for: - Bachelor's degree in technical or management areas; - Experience coaching Scrum of Scrums in a multi-team Agile environment is a plus. - Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach is a plus; - Experience in a variety of software development, program and project management methodologies and techniques is a plus. - Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals. - Experience in leading large-scale agile projects and teams. - Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance. - Experience in Agile methods and techniques - Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory).
