Responsibilities: . We seek candidates that are able to ensure a service of exceptional quality and have the ability to provide our customers the needed clarifications about their service. Our agents will also be responsible for the follow up and management of clients accounts.
Referência da oferta: Profile: . Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian and good understanding of English or Portuguese (B1 Level); . High school completed (mandatory); . Good computer and internet skills; . Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit; . Client oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others; . Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations; . Experience in call center environment (preferred).
