We are FARFETCH for All. CREATIVE OPERATIONS We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers. GUIMARÃES Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people! THE ROLE Reporting to the Head of Digital Production, you will develop continuous improvement strategies across our organization, aligned with our mission. You will work with staff and conduct the training of all employees at all levels, operators, leads, supervisors and managers. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop our own Continuous Improvement model; - Lead associates at all levels on CI methodology throughout locations; - Monitor processes to guide the implementation of compliance and continuous improvement strategies; - Support local CI team in projects approach; - Track progress against internal targets/KPIs; - Identify risks and opportunities within our current process. WHO YOU ARE - Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology; - Have record of managing diverse projects and time constraints; - Experience using Continuous Improvement methodology (LEAN, KAIZEN, 6 Sigma); - Knowledge to analyze different situations based on experience; - Verbal and written English and Portuguese skills (mandatory).
