Client Details Our client is an FMCG international company. Description You will be in constant communication and collaboration with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions as well facilitate continuous improvement within the environment. Your main responsibilities include: » Supporting technical tracks on projects; » Advising on architectural and technical development best practices during the projects; » Documenting best practices and operational procedures; » Managing the process of implementing improvements and new functionalities in SFDC; » Supporting Salesforce.com configuration tasks; » Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of SFDC applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud); » Providing Level 2 & Level 3 Operational Support to SFDC users Profile In order to be successful in the team our client expects you to bring 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably with a Salesforce Advanced certification and have: » Historical, proven knowledge and practical application of Apex Programming » Understanding of Salesforce process builder » Experience with database software and PaaS Solutions » Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and integration of the different clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) » Experience programming with Visualforce and Lightning Components; » If you also have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are geographically dispersed environments » If you are able to speak and write English fluently, and you can produce high quality documentation and analysis » If you can work independently and in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision, on multiple tasks and deliver quality products Job Offer Join a growing team.
