The best of ICT with a human touch Function: OneDrive Support Engineer (Remote) Workplace: Lisbon or Remote Technical Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Technology or similar; Microsoft Office applications & OneDrive (architecture, troubleshooting, design, administration); OneDrive for Business for Windows, MacOs, iOS and Android; Windows Server concepts and administration (Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Networking); Networking (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, BITS); Experience of using support tools such as Fiddler, HTTPWatch, NetMon, IE Developer Tools, Event Viewer, Process Monitor); Support experience of investigating complex SharePoint/OneDrive issues relating to performance, administration, site configuration and customization; Functional knowledge of using PowerShell, ability to write complex PowerShell scripts; Portuguese or Spanish Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking; Proficiency in english is mandatory; Behavioral Profile: Dynamic and proactive; Rigor and ability to synthesize; Ability to work under pressure; Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
