What are you going to do? • Coaching Agile for the team • Constant focus on the growth of teams and individuals • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies • To be an enhancer of the team's autonomy, self-organization and proactivity • Unlock themes with third parties when the team is unable to resolve. • Protect the team from third party interference • Do onboarding when new team members arrive • Be a servant leader of the team • Work with other Scrum Masters to streamline Agile in the organization Your challenge will be: • Have the opportunity to be an agent for transforming the way a large organization works. • Be an agent of cultural change in a large company. • Help in the continuous improvement of the teams.
