Client Details Our client is a growing multinational industrial company. Description » Implement HR procedures regarding training & development, recruitment, performance management and employee engagement » Participate in the design and implementation of the entire training program, including the assessment of training needs and training evaluation » Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes » Analyse trends and proactively identify development needs » Ensure day-to-day operational support Profile » Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar areas » Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in HR Development functions » Experience developing and leading training & HR development programs (experience managing financed training will be a plus) » Great knowledge of recruitment processes' management » Ability to actively cooperate and interact with all interlocutors » Knowledge of generalist HR development best practices and HR KPIs collection and analysis » Ability to build rapport, developing strong and trusting relationships with others » Focused and communicative attitude, with strong orientation to the implementation of procedures » Fluent English speaker (mandatory) Job Offer A great opportunity for professional development.
