To complete our team, AGENTIL Portugal in Almada (Lisbon Area) is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer, having solid IT, Microsoft, VMWare and networking competencies.
MAIN MISSIONS • Deliver consulting and expertise missions related to system and network activities, • Support our customers/prospects in defining a suitable IT architecture, • Maintain our own and our client’s infrastructure in optimal operational conditions to a 3rd line support capability • Assist various teams support teams while constantly updating internal and customer documentation, • Able to support and assist as level 1 and 2 for Service Desk and general IT support.
REQUIRED PROFILE • A graduate from a high education sector (or with appropriate level or experience), you have already got experience in infrastructure networks and systems and you are aware of the objectives and deadlines regarding project missions. • Specialized in IT, Virtualization, IP Networks and Microsoft solutions, with Linux some capabilities • Active Directory knowledge essential • Azure AD / Cloud technologies knowledge Highly desirable • Fortinet Technologies (NSE4 certification is a key differentiator) • Virtualization: VMware 5/6.x (VCP certification would be a plus) • MS SQL server 2012 – 2017 experience highly desirable • LENOVO Switching (FCoE) and Cisco Switching / Routing knowledge and Experience highly desirable • CITRIX XENAPP / Citrix Virtual Apps versions 6.5, 7.x, LTSR • APACHE REVERSE PROXY / NGINX experience highly desirable • VEEAM Backup Technologies • LENOVO / HPE Server Hardware (Flex/Blade, Rack Servers) • Some Experience of Enterprise Storage / SAN with FC/iSCSi/FCoE would be advantageous • VMware vSphere and vCenter Server 6.x experience is essential • OS: Windows Server 2008R2, 2012-2019 & SLES (SUSE Enterprise Linux) experience is essential
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS and LANGUAGES • Good consulting and interpersonal skills, • Excellent communication skills, • Proactive approach, • Fluent English language skills are essential for this position, • French skills would be an advantage.
