Spring Professional is recruiting a POWER BI Developer - Supply Chain Projects (M/F) for a multinational company in the health sector, based in Lisbon. As part of continued development our client is building an IT competency centre in Lisbon, and require technically qualified, adaptable and ambitious IT professionals to support the global operation. Responsibilities: » Proactively develop optimized and fit for purpose Analysis Services Cubes and Dashboards » Provide recommendations to Business Stakeholders on Cube structures and visualizations in Dashboards based on KPI's and Business Reporting requirements; » Work with both onshore and offshore Team, including Business Analysts and Technical Team in delivering Analysis Services Cubes and Dashboards » Ability to work with large data sets and identify optimized solutions » Researching best practices across a variety of industries and disciplines and translates into relevant actions for data management improvements within the company; » Displaying organizational savvy and knows how to leverage networks to bring information and points of view from different areas inside and outside the company » Actively challenging the status quo and capitalizing areas for improvement. » Maintaining balanced and well-reasoned position in the face of resistance Profile: » Experience showcasing full capability and functionality of Power BI to End User community » Experience of working with Business Stakeholders and Business Analyst to gain Business Requirements for Analysis Services and Power BI Dashboard and Reports development » Must have extensive Analysis Services and Power BI Dashboard and Reports experience with the ability to develop and implement solutions » Ability to apply Best Practice and Guidelines on Dashboard and Reporting development and governance across all Dashboard and Reporting developers » Experience of global deployments and working with global stakeholders.
