The best of ICT with a human touch Function: Azure Backup and Recovery Services Support Engineer (Remote) Workplace: Lisbon or Remote Technical Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Technology or similar; 2+ years industry experience with Microsoft Server products; Strong knowledge of Linux, UNIX; Exposure and experience working with customers on Microsoft Cloud products such as Azure and Office 365 MCSE - Windows Server, Demonstrated industry programming experience in PowerShell; Additional Technology Certifications preferred like - Cisco, VMWare, Novell, Linux, Unix, Dell, etc.; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Hyper-V; Strong PowerShell skills in creating and managing PowerShell scripts; Familiarity with OS Internals concepts including Security and Active Directory –Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration – Familiarity with system management and troubleshooting tool; Proficiency in english is mandatory. Behavioral Profile: Rigor, responsiveness, strong autonomy and proactivity; Strong communication skills, written and oral; Client Focus.
