Spring Professional is looking for a Senior End User Computer Engineer (m/f), to work within the End User Computing team for a multinational company in the health sector, based in Lisbon. Duties and Responsabilities: » Responsible for providing 3rd line BAU support as well as project delivery, for the Hybrid Exchange 2013, Exchange Online, Teams (including Direct Routing) and OneDrive within O365; » Responsible for updates to SAML integrations and automation rules within Okta Identity Management system to aid continuous improvement to our onboarding/offboarding processes; » Be a point of escalation for the second line support team, providing high-end technical support as appropriate; » Creating and maintaining technical documentation; » Incident/Problem/Change assessment and resolution; » Flexible approach and be willing to provide cover for colleagues in the following areas: SCCM & Active Directory; » Keep up to date with the Office 365 roadmap to ensure that service changes are managed in line with business requirements whilst maintaining appropriate data security. Technical Profile: » 5+ years proven experience in a global organization driving business outcomes using the Ofifce 365 environment and other cloud technologies (Azure Automation); » Deep knowledge and experience of the O365 suite including Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Intune and Autopilot using both GUI and Powershell; » Deep knowledge of Hybrid Exchange environment and mail flow best practices (SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC); » O365 administration of services including reporting; » Scripting experience including rue based automation (Azure Automation or similar); » Azure Active Directory, Active Directory & GPOs; » Experience with configuring and administrating OKTA or other identity management provider. springportugal.com Informação de contacto: Competências:
