Descrição da Empresa

Position and legal framing: The position of Executive Director for Faculty & Research will correspond to a 1st degree middle-management role under the applicable law and regulation. Nova SBE is an Organic Unit of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (“UNL”), a public foundation with private regime since 2017. UNL adopts a hybrid employment system that contemplates public and private employment. The open position is for a nomination for a management role for a period of three years, supported by a private employment agreement. This falls under UNL’s Statutes and Regulation, legally bounded by the Legal Framing for Higher Education Institutions (RJIES Law 62/2007) and the Labour Code and related Regulation (Law 105/2009 and respective updates until Law 73/2017). UNL’s conditions for management positions are regulated in Regulation 578/2017.
Workplace: The workplace will be the Nova SBE Campus in Carcavelos.
