Your daily tasks: - Develop COD training contents within the team and in team work with other; - Support COD team in training content development/support to all the internal and external stakeholders; - Make reports, surveys and needs’ assessment to our commercial teams; - Give feedback and challenge COD team about commercial teams’ needs and different approaches needs. Who we’re looking for: - High education Degree; - Good Knowledge in Office tools (namely Excel & PowerPoint); - Digital driven; - Fluent in English and advanced in Portuguese; - Strong motivation for development and learning; - Action Oriented and Problem Solving attitude; - Experience in commercial teams structure, some product & portfolio knowledge.
