With our People, iT works better! We are looking for a Enterprise Application Integration Support Consultant to integrate a project in Porto. Your tasks and responsibilities: - Manage and troubleshoot all incidents reported to the company IoT support team?s queues; - Develop and deliver code fixes when needed; - Ensure that all stakeholders are communicated to and updated in line with company standards and service level agreements; - Update the knowledge base and documentation that exist and produce new documents; - Support the execution of change management activities; - Execute the standby 24*7 inside the planed IoT team calendar. Your profile: - Good skills on Unix administration, Shell Script and SQL; - Familiar with the concepts of an ITIL process; - AM engineer capabilities - ability to prevent and diagnose for client and system issues; - Experienced with Continuous Integration and Continuous deliver (CI/CD); - Experienced in development and code fix; - Experienced on DevOps Approach as developer/operations; - Experienced with Weblogic SOA Fusion Middleware Framework (OSB /BPEL). Nice to have: - Python; - Java.
