The agent will also answer queries and manage projects to engage with customers at scale. Responsibilities • Use analytical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions; • Develop key performance metrics for the business, and be in charge of visualization design and implementation; • Influence risk strategy and prioritization through data; • Communicate key findings to leadership and make recommendations around risk and product strategies; • Understand and remain up to date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures. What we are looking for • Superb written and oral communication skills in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level) ; • Professional experience in data analytics and content reviewer or a related field; • Analytical ability to manage complex pricing and cost considerations; • Ability and motivation to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment; • Prior experience in a professional setting; • Experience with software for office productivity; • Ability to work in various rotating shifts. • Strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate; What we offer • Strong possibility of career progression; • Initial and continuous training; • Work contract – Full time position; • Opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.
