This candidate must be available to travel between the countries he/she'll be responsible for. Description This role will drive standardization, automation and productivity on a global level through programs that make use of the great talent that exists across the region Activities include: » Ongoing Business Unit Management Support: Understand the business imperatives to be addressed by specialized HR programs, and ensures program design and implementation achieves the desired business results. » Networking: Network across the HR community and business management to build a relationship and be consistent in approach to best practices. Support business and HR colleagues through training, mentoring, and coaching on specialized programs. » Development: Seek out ways to improve work standards, methodology, and processes in the HR community to achieve productivity measures and make recommendations to HR management. » Performance: Individual objectives are agreed with management and consistently work toward achieving them. » Projects & Programs: Provide advanced knowledge in one or more specialized HR programs, processes, and/or tools. » Participate in the implementation of one or more HR programs as required. » HR Service: Ensure the delivery of all aspects of specialized HR work within defined service levels and with high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide consistent and appropriate follow-up on the resolution of issues to employees and business managers. Profile » Strategic Leadership » Ability to demonstrate Senior global and international leadership including macro transformational change. » Strong communication and collaboration skills. » Ability to create and deliver to a strategically relevant business plan. » People Leadership and Management » Ability to create, lead, inspire and manage both small niche and large complex delivery teams; particularly in matrix-based models, creating an energy, passion, excitement and action for change that delivers great results. » Ability to create highly engaged and enabled teams. » Brings a strong customer service mindset to internal clients, being responsive to needs, effectively managing expectations, and driving efficiency where possible. » Personally, seeks perspective from others in the interest of a better outcome, is a team player with colleagues; keeps others abreast of what is going on, asks for input, provides help when asked and offers when not asked.
