Principais responsabilidades » Ensure and develop controlling tools for the daily production management; » Establish systems, dashboards, new reports and analysis based on functional and management needs; » Drive process improvements through analysis, reporting and visualization capabilities; » Lead and coach workshops and functions for root-cause analysis and problem solving; » Coordinate with the central functions of service reporting; » Develop insights and recommendations to functional leadership and management team; » Key-User like expertise with understanding of technical steps & processes; Perfil desejado » Bachelor degree with focus on business/IT/engineering; » Additional qualification (e.g. Master degree, certifications, project management); » Knowledge of repair processes and process management; » General knowledge of quality in a medical environment; » Advanced knowledge of performance measurement; » Good technical skills (e.g. Excel, Queries, data structures); » Advanced problem solving skills and tools; » Fluent English; » Experience up to 3 years.
