As a Associate to CEO, you are part of a CEO team and you'll serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. Besides, you’ll Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders and analyse the structure of business, how it uses technology and what its goals are. What We're Looking For... -Collaborating with the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies; -Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners; -Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner; -Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of a meeting focused; -Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance; -Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity; -Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation; Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork. Required skills and experience: -Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management or related areas; -1-3 years of business development, corporate strategy and/or executive management experience; -Highly Proficient in spoken and written English; -Organization and planning skills; -Ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive leader using strong interpersonal skills; -Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously; -Excellent problem-solving skills; -Highly resourceful; -Excellent analytical skills; Strategic mindset.
