We are Hiring:Business Development Manager (BDM) (m/f) – Greater Aveiro Area Reporting to the CEO this professional will have the following responsibilities: - Developing company’s sales and sales plan; - Prospect potential new clients and turn this into new business; - Participate in international meetings negotiating the company products and services and projecting the company values; - “Cold calls” to arrange meetings at the customers premises; - Develop and maintain long term relationships with the key account; - Continuously seeks new business opportunities and find out creative ways to attract new customers and close business; - Attend conferences and trade shows to generate new leads; - Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns; - Write reports and make presentation to customers with high diligence; - Synchronize Commercial and Marketing activities Profile - Degree or Master’s Degree; - Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales (we value fashion, textile, clothing, footwear or uniform market); - Excellence in sales with outstanding skills in negotiation, with proven track records of exceeding sales quotes; - Organized and focused on achieving results; - Responsible, self-driven and ambitious; - Excellent team leader, focused, with collaborative work style and committed to get the job done; - Absolut will-power to achieve goals; - Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1) - Total availability for business travels If you want to join a challenging project in an ambitious and dynamic team, please send your CV and tell us about your main achievements to ou by sending us your resume by email (patricia.martins@mypeople.pt ) When you send us your CV, you consent Mypeople to use your personal data for recruitment purposes and to keep it for two years.
