Actively contributes to improve the quality and efficiency of the SAP support chain Contributes to continuous improvement and promotes better usage of FCS standards Contributes in improving the FCS Support Chain collaboration actively with FCS L2 and L3 Support teams Identify lack of knowledge areas and inform users about FCS training catalogs and documentation Perfil desejado Knowledge in ERP basic functions of sales, finance and controlling. 1+ years overall experience in SAP Good communication and expression skills in a international environment.
