Spring Professional is looking for a Senior Platform Support Engineer(m/f), to work in Lisbon and to take the lead on designing, building, automating solutions across on-premise datacenters and remote sites, for a Multinational client in health sector. Responsabilities: » Lead small project works across IT Infrastructure and involved in Design, Planning and Engineering; » Drive continuous service improvement across the infrastructure and operations team; » Train and mentor junior members of the team; » Manage and be an escalation point for 3rd Level IT infrastructure issues; » Work closely with 3rd party vendors to replace and improve IT hardware infrastructure; » Follow policies and procedures, as well as recommending improvements; » Installation, configuration, upgrading software and related products. Technical skillset: » Excellent knowledge of Compute, Storage Networks; » Windows support, hardening and security improvement; » Virtualisation administration (VMWare, Hyper-V, containers); » Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions; » Understanding of network processes and hardware; » IT related qualification preferable (Degree in Computer Science); » Good understand of backup, recovery technologies and automation technologies; » Basic experience working in the public cloud framework. springportugal.com Informação de contacto: Competências:
