Description » Definition of key skills for the position together with the Recruiting Manager in order to be able to do the preselection of candidates. » Scheduling of interviews. » Preselection of applications (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish and Turkish) as most of the recruiting effort takes place for the production sites. » Handling of Workday processes - can be trained in detail. » Preparation of On-boarding plans. » Preparation of Off-boarding documents. » Written Certificates (Arbeitszeugnisse) mainly for Germany. Profile » 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles. » Fluent in German (mandatory) and in English. » Availability to stay in Munich for four weeks for on-boarding.
