Get to know more about Vodafone here: About the role This position focus on provisioning of network operations advise and administration and providing monitoring, operation, and management of the network services. What are the challenges for this role? Understanding the stablished concepts and procedures in monitoring nodes, executing event/incident management, configuration, escalation, release and deployment and management of 3rd party activities. What skills will get you selected? Experience in 2nd line OSS operations support; Experience with Incident Management, including prioritization and investigation, identification of correct procedures and execution of change management tools and processes to restore the system; Experience with Problem Management, including understanding and identifying the problems and implement solutions; Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as Java; Knowledge in data analytics; Good communication skills and interaction with different teams; Fluency in English, written and spoken.
