We currently have a team of highly qualified professionals, with a wide range of know-how on the IT field, which allows to take on tech challenges and succeed. Main responsibilities: - Incident management; - Problem/Change management; - Deployment support; - Monitoring activities as required to ensure the production environment is operating as expected; - Prioritizing and progressing resolution of faults or queries on the full range of systems across all clients; - Build and implement measurable improvements to the services; - Update the knowledge base and documentation that exist and produce new documents. Main Skills: - Excellent experience on Linux OS; - Great knowledge in Applications, Network, Systems (Linux and Windows); - Solid experience with SQL Server / Oracle databases; - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python; - Basic programming languages development experience; - Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently; - Strong organizational and skills; - Must work well under pressure to meet the demands of our customers; - Shift system in a 24/7 operation (mandatory); - Fluency in English (written and Spoken). Nice to have: - Basic knowledge on ITIL, JIRA and Nagios.
