Almost all big companies provide customer support via chat, email and telephone, and it’s necessary that someone is on the other side with the right profile, that is, communicative, friendly and professional so that the customer is without doubts and with your problems solved. Do you think it could be something you'd like to do?

In this specific case, our client needs someone who has a native level of Italian (C1/C2) and of course, we must all have a universal language and it’s necessary that you have a fluent level of English (C1), as it will be the language in which you will communicate with us.

In addition to languages, you must be fully available to work 8 hours a day, in rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday, in Lisbon! There is also the possibility of accommodation!
