Profile: - Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or similar; - At least 2 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst; - ITRS Geneos monitoring and configuration; - Experience with Python Scripting; - Knowledge of Oracle and SQL; - Work experience with Unix Administration; - Knowledge of Windows & IIS server administration; - Experience with Shell scripting; - CIB Production Support knowledge (Desired); - Ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic, ever changing environment.
