With our People, iT works better! We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to integrate a project in Porto. Responsibilities: - Respond requests for technical assistance; - Troubleshooting; - Advise users on appropriate actions; - Redirect problems to correct resource; - Identify and escalate situations requiring urgency; - Track and route incidents and requests and document resolutions. Profile: - Previous experience in similar roles; - Experience with Microsoft development tools and programming languages; - Experience in object oriented languages (C#, VB.NET or Java); - Knowledge of SQL; - Experience in REST APIs; - Experience with GitLab: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to team work; - Fluent in English (spoken and written). Nice to have: - Experience in SOA architecture; - Retail and/or ecommerce experience; - ITIL certifications; - Experience with Confluence and JIRA tools.
