Description » Prepare reporting packs for all entities managed by AR on a timely basis; » Approval of balance sheet reconciliations (AR responsibility accounts), informing AR Manager of any differences; » Identification of areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness of procedures, policies and systems; » Focus on internal controls, identify requirements and enforce compliance; » Respond to recommendations proposed by internal and external auditors. Profile » Bachelor or Masters in Business or Economics or similar; » Professional working proficiency in English; » More than 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting; » More than 3 years of experience in team management; » Experience in SSC environment and transitions; » Experience in preparing financial closings; » Strong knowledge of IFRS; » Strong knowledge in one of the following GAAPS: Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK or USA.
