They keep track of the company's transactions, take care of financial reporting and control, and ensure our financial compliance. They are also responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting our upcoming financial results. We’re on a mission to reduce U.S. healthcare costs by $70B by making it simple for people to recover at home, without resorting to imaging, surgeries or opioids. To do what: -Support in Invoicing Customers through Claims billing; -Compiling and reviewing financial information; -Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports; -Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables and accounts payables; -Complying with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements; -Maintaining records and filing systems; -Performing other duties as required. Our ideal candidate has: -Good knowledge in Excel, Gsuite, data entry, typing/Keyboard skills; -½ years of experience;Punctual, accurate and with an eye for detail; -Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining quality; -Sense of urgency and motivations to follow through to completion, quickly and accurately; -Functions with a high level of accuracy; -Good organizational and communication skills;Ability to work on tight deadlines; -Very good Level of English.
