Descrição: We are currently hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a multinational company in the Energy Sector. Responsabilidades: - Optimization and implementation of customer service tools, namely SalesForce and TalkDesk software; - Coordination and roll out of training sessions for internal teams; - Analyze, design and reengineer the business processes; - Synthetize information to clearly communicate the needs of stakeholders and service opportunities; - Partner with work team members to build and iterate on prototypes and products / services; - Develop own tools using Design Thinking methodology, to fix service issues; - Outline key success metrics to measure and communicate outcomes on desirability, feasibility, and viability; - Coach non-designers such as faculty and staff on human-centered design principles and the design process, and facilitate workshops with diverse groups across the organization; - Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include, other designers, researchers, project managers, Information Technology (IT) staff, developers, content managers, business development staff and engineers. Referência da oferta: - University degree in Engineering (preferred); - Experience in Energy Sector (Natural Gas and Power) (preferred); - Experience in Processes Optimization and Service Design; - Knowledge of the liberalized market and its regulation a plus; - Experience in functional optimization (e.g. minimization of errors and waste, reducing costs); - Knowledge of SalesForce and/or TalkDesk; - RPA knowledge (highly desirable).
