Our client is a food industry situated in Coimbra district. Belonging to a multinational company, they are seeking for an: Financial Responsible (m/f) Reporting to Corporative Financial Director in Spain, this person will be responsible for: - Coordination of the Administration and Finance area which means to collaborate in the resolution of incidents / labor complaints of staff, establish monthly meetings of individual and / or group work, supervise the work of department staff and perform monthly monitoring of objectives. - Carrying out a global analysis of the company's production costs including analyze the real costs of the company through the internal computer tool and provide information on cost results so that the General Management or the department involved makes the appropriate market decisions. - Provision of information to the other departments for decision-making. - Direction and coordination of fundamental projects: lead the defined fundamental projects (Project Tractor), coordinate the different departments and levels involved in the project and analyze the data and status of project execution. - Management and updating of tax regulations, covering the address the requirements of the Administration, manage the audits of the annual accounts and prepare the pertinent reports for the renewal of the lines of financing with banks (balance sheet, result of negotiations with agents, risk report).
