Our client company is the market leader in B2B digital marketing industry. You will work with a seasoned, supportive management team which will incite you to extend your limits. Job description: You will join our dynamic European finance team based in Lisbon. Reporting to the CFO, you will be in charge of cash collection for French and European markets, per phone, e-mails, and formal emails; You will collect explanations of our clients, update files in our recovery software, follow litigation/dispute, and perform reporting to your manager; You will perform your job with specific attention on our processes. Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in cash collection or equivalent position; Experience with administrative tasks; Excellent Excel skills; Able to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment; Steadiness and strong ability to bear conflicting calls; Quick learner and professional with excellent written and verbal French and English communication skills, other languages will be a plus.
